The difference between buying fabrics at a fabric store is there’s no specks behind them.

This means there are no guarantee on the fabric purchased at the fabric store.

 If the fabric fibers are damage small holes will apear. This is most likily from  having sun rays on the fabric. Or moths making whole. Or the goods have damaged fibers. which is creating holes in fabric. It may not be noticable @ first. As times goes on different  circumstances could happen. Take a cat sleeping on chair.
